For the behaviors I list below there are reasons behind these activities to be sure but for the purpose of attempting to keep this short I will refrain from going into detail about the why’s at this time.
We, as adult human beings, should know how to monitor and pay close attention to the thoughts in our minds.

Extreme change in perceptions of reality and world view or belief systems.

If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track. Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.

Spirits are very good at mimicking our own personality but every once in a while they slip up in a major way that will cause you to pause and wonder at this phenomena.
The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.
Hearing static noises, scrambles or people talking on a radio when there is no radio anywhere and no source for the static at all.
Feeling like your soul or spirit is being sucked out of your body or the top of your head to the point where you feel you are going to pass out, faint or die.
Waking up with migraines or headaches and unable to see straight like you’ve been drugged.

Do me a favor. Argue with “your own thoughts” and see what happens. Debate your own thought on a point and then be absolutely still and quiet and observe what “your own thoughts” come up with as though you are both the therapist & the one on the couch simultaneously. Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
Feeling a heaviness come over your entire body where you find it diffiucult to move as though something is on top of you holding you down.

The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.
“Migraines” or “headache” in hyper specific areas. They can rest primarily on the left or right hand side as a rule, not an exception.
Seeing an influx of shooting stars or streaks of light in your skies suddenly

For the lucky people who are just experiencing minor symptoms, you simply need to learn how to silence your mind and ignore the thoughts that do not belong to you.
The mind is not some living being that can just make things up independent of you. These are spiritual entities people are dealing with.
Strange clicking and popping in the nasal cavity. Sometimes when you wake up from a heavy night of nonstop dreams you can hear and/or feel this.
